Despite the fact (or maybe because of it) White Gables sounds like a neighborhood right out of a beloved children’s story, Crescent Homes’ new home community is the pinnacle of southern living! You’ll find White Gables within 3 miles of historic Summerville, SC and not far at all from the Dorchester Two School District.
This is an active community, and you’ll never be bored once you see everything it has to offer you and your family. These amenities include a Clubhouse, Recreation Park, pool, fishing ponds, tennis courts, basketball courts, and so much more! There are miles upon miles of beautiful walking trails to wander and think about your good fortune in having decided upon this Crescent Homes lifestyle. Lastly, there are always new events being planned throughout the year, so residents to White Gables will have plenty of opportunities to get involved with this engaging community!
Do you have little ones who will enroll in public school? White Gables residents will be privileged to send their kids through the acclaimed Dorchester Two School District, including Knightsville Elementary School, Dubose Middle school, and graduating from Summerville High School.
The Crescent Homes Cottage Series is well-known throughout Summerville as one of the most popular collection of new home designs. Homeowners will have their pick of floor plans ranging from 1200 to 2800 square feet, featuring anywhere from 2 to 5 bedrooms as your household needs, and plenty of other attractive amenities. Even better, Crescent Homes encourages homebuyers to customize these plans to best suit their needs and personal design preferences. Will your home in White Gables include historical exteriors with the timeless front porch? What about 9 foot tall smooth ceilings in the most welcoming areas of your house? Whether it’s an open floor plan you’re after or any variety of minor interior tweaks you have in mind, Crescent Homes is ready for the challenge and thrilled to build a new home for you.
Model home hours are open from 1pm to 6pm on Sundays and Mondays; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 11am to 6pm, and by appointment only on Thursday and Friday. You’ll drive roughly 2 miles along before making a right-hand turn onto Richardson Avenue. Take a left on Cedar Street, which will turn into Central Avenue. The White Gables entrance will be on your left, approximately 3 miles beyond.
Crescent Homes looks forward to hearing from you!
