Royal Oaks Homes Helps Hometown Hero

With Memorial Day behind us and the 4th of July on the horizon, we can’t move into summer without thinking about the people who make it all possible. Royal Oaks Homes goes beyond just saying “thank you” – from discounts to donations, they make every effort to help those who have served our country.

Operation: Coming Home

This organization’s admirable goal is to aid a local veteran who has been severely wounded in combat. With the help of homebuilders like Royal Oaks Homes, Operation: Coming Home fulfills that soldier’s American Dream of homeownership by building a new custom home for his or her family.

In May, Royal Oaks Homes completed a custom home for U.S. Marine Sgt. Brandon Temple and his family in their Sonoma Springs community. A purple heart recipient, Sgt. Temple will be able to settle into Fuquay-Varina knowing they will have the highest quality in new home construction thanks to Royal Oaks Homes.

Sgt. Temple’s home is the 8th home Royal Oaks Homes has built with Operation: Coming Home. They are joined by the U.S. Veterans Corps, Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA), as well as other local supporters.
