COMMUNITY FOCUS: GREAT ROCK

The Great Rock community by Cedar Knoll Builders is located in Quarryville, PA. New cottage homes fill this charming neighborhood. Pennsylvania craftsmanship and care are present in every detail of this community. These lovely cottages offer senior living options as well as close proximity to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.

GREAT ROCK MISSION

Designed to be an American retirement destination for people of faith, Great Rock’s mission is to provide for the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social needs of their residents. This is accomplished through high-quality services, facilities, and personal care that are faithful to the Bible. Even the streets of Great Rock are named in accordance to its mission of faith: streets take their names from composers of hymns praising Jesus Christ, such as Isaac Watts, the Warner sisters, and Thomas Hastings. Other amenities in Great Rock include a wood shop, library, auditorium/chapel, convenience store, beauty/barber shop, and more.

GREAT ROCK PLANS

There are three wonderful floor plans to choose from in the Great Rock community. The Beaumont is a mid-sized cottage with a 1,700 square foot first floor as well as the option to finish off the second floor. The Craig is the largest model cottage in Great Rock. With over 1,900 square feet of living space, the Craig has two bedrooms, a laundry room, a study, an enclosed deck, as well as numerous possible upgrades. The Asher is a two-story semi-detached cottage that has the option to finish the second floor.
