Alvarez Construction Company Now Offering Hometown Hero Incentive

BATON ROUGE — Local home builder Alvarez Construction Company LLC announced a new incentive for heroes in the community to show their appreciation for first responders, teachers, doctors and nurses as well as past and present military personnel.

The incentive will be a $2,000 credit which can be used toward closing costs or upgraded luxury options in new home purchases. Some luxury options include underground irrigation, wood floors or a concrete patio off the back porch.

“We see this as a great opportunity for us to repay, in a small way, some of the individuals who make our communities and our country great,” president Carlos Alvarez said.

This will be a permanent incentive in Alvarez communities applying to those currently employed in the fields above. Alvarez builds in nine communities in four parishes around Baton Rouge with homes in Denham Springs, Madisonville, Prairieville and Zachary.
